Ejale everybody hope you're all doing well, This week was absolutely FULL of ups and downs and really interesting things. We were having a really good week, and we had general conference !!!,,, and then things started to get interesting. I got to watch the sessions in english on the computer in the secretary's office, so that was really great. After the first session, I was starting to feel a little sick. After the second session, I was really not feeling great, and still had to go teach english class, which was not a load of fun. By priesthood session ooooh were things getting complicated, I was laying down on the ground in the secretary's office listening to the conference, then when the conference finished, (longest two hours of my life) I walked outside with my companion and after about 10 seconds of fresh air I ran inside to puke. So my day was getting gradually worse and I thought that if I rode my bike home I would definitely not do it very well so we decided to leave our bikes in the bike station thing in our church (all locked up) and we walked back to our house at 11 at night. Then the next day we get to the church bright and early and you guessed it !! S O M E B O D Y (could've been a gremlin or maybe a leprechaun) cut through our bike lock, stole my companions bike, and all four of our helmets and seats. We finished the conference and decided to stash our bikes inside of the church so that nothing else would happen and to our FREAKIN surprise last night S O M E B O D Y broke into the church and stole a bunch more stuff !! So we are getting together with the cops, trying to figure things out, we are totally safe and sound but there's just been a lot of opposition you know! So besides that the conference really was wonderful, So many great messages were given and I personally really enjoyed seeing the CONVICTION and surety of the Lord's servants statements as they seemed to look us all in the eyes. We can all be just as sure as them in any aspect of the gospel and in our own lives, we need only trust in the Lord. I saw a repeated theme of FORGIVENESS which I think was well needed for a lot of people I know and care for. The Lord heals our wounds, takes our pain for us, we don't need to. Trust in Him and let Him take that weight off of your shoulders, It's just not worth the pain to live with it when we don't have to ! I hope you all could see the conference and if you couldn't I invite you all to do so, God loves us and wants us to be happy, and to be freed and healed by His gospel.
Love you guys
