Alegres bajo el sol

WElp this week was way cool !!!  We had a LIGHT THE WORLD activity where we lit up some balloons and got them launched off with peoples testimonies attached, and combined it with our ward activity and it turned out really well!!!  We also worked a whole ton and have seen a lot of progress with our investigators.  We are doing really well out here and we saw THREE Christmas miracles this week!!
The first one was that my bike got stolen.  That really stunk.  It got stolen during our activity because we got there and started to do everything (because you know sometimes you just gotta do everything) and about twenty minutes later I walked back outside and my bike was g o n e r s BUT then the next day (after walking basically the entire day) WE SAW MY BIKE oh zoo wee mama so we walked up to the dudes that had it and we were all cool about it...."hey we are totally missionaries" "where the crud did you get that bike" and they were trying to get away (caught on probably that we were the owners of the bike) and then my companion (e Santander) started to call for backup (the ward secretary who lives pretty close to where we were at) and when he started calling the guys thought we were calling the cops and they F R E A K E D O U T and handed over the bike.  All in all it was a miracle.  So my good old bike is back by my side and we are cruisin'
THEN we found out that the brother of a guy in our ward is the Elder that baptized my companion!!!  and they got to see each other when we did Skype !!  that was magical AND my good friend (Gloria) who got baptized last change was going through a really rough time with her family and there were lots of problems that I really can't explain to you guys at the moment, but the day before Christmas a lot of things were resolved and the entire family returned back to the house. (thank goodness) they still need help but at least they are all together again (song from the muppets).
Alright folks that's pretty much all I've got
I hope you all have been able to concentrate of the important things in this Christmas season.  I love you guys and I love the Lord and this opportunity that I have to do His work, to walk as He walked (Jesus didn't have a bike but I did walk for a day this week), and to teach and help as he did.  If you need help ask the missionaries.  We're great. (Tony the tiger)
amen hallelujah
